چکیده
Mungbean (Vigna radiata (L.) R. Wilczek var. radiata) yield is dramatically constrained by powdery mildew (PM) caused Sphaerotheca phaseoli (Z.Y. Zhao) U. Braun (1985), which considerably prevalent in the cool-dry season of production South, East, and Southeast Asia countries including Thailand. Exploitation varieties resistant to disease crucial meet sustainable production. A population 64 F2:9 F2:10 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) generated hybridization susceptible parent âChai Nat 72â (CN72) with âV4758â was used assess genetic resistance identify inter simple sequence repeat-anchored gene analog (ISSR-RGA) markers linked PM gene. The response these RILs visually scored field during winter seasons, twice 2015 2018, segregation pattern determined chi-square test (Ï2). resulting ratios 1:1 indicated a qualitative nature dominantly inherited conferring resistance. When bulk segregant analysis (BSA) undertaken using 378 ISSR-RGA primer combinations among both parents DNA bulks individuals, 11 exhibited polymorphisms, one marker I41tP379 closest revealed highly significant correlation (R2 (%) = 26; P < 0.001) logarithm odd (LOD) score 5.85. could trace molecular assisted breeding for mungbean improvement.

Haplotype characterization and markers at the barley Mlo powdery mildew resistance locus as tools for marker-assisted selection.
Recessive mlo alleles of the barley Mlo gene confer resistance to almost all known isolates of the powdery mildew fungal pathogen targeting barley (Hordeum vulgare). To characterize haplotypes present in the Mlo chromosomal region of cultivated Mlo and mlo barley genotypes, we conducted a polymorphism search in 3 predicted low-copy sequence regions adjacent to the Mlo gene by examining a sample...

Black gram, one of the important species of Asian Vigna group of grain legumes, is widely grown in South Asia and is an important source of dietary protein. The two main biological constraints particularly Mungbean Yellow Mosaic India Virus(MYMIV) and powdery mildew pose a major threat to black gram production in India. Several reports on mapping mungbean yellow mosaic virus disease and powdery...
متن کاملAssociation analysis for traits associated with powdery mildew tolerance in barley [Hordeum vulgare L.] using AFLP markers
Association analysis is a useful method for evaluation of significant association between molecular marker and phenotype of trait. This study was performed to evaluate association between traits related with powdery mildew resistance and molecular markers. This investigation was performed using 77 barley genotypes and AFLP markers. In phenotypic evaluation, reaction of seedlings to powdery mild...

Five accessions of Aegilops speltoides and 67 European wheat cultivars (winter and spring) originating from the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, United Kingdom, and 4 non-European wheat cultivars from Brazil and the USA were examined with molecular Sequence Tagged Site (STS) markers for resistance genes to powdery mildew: Pm 1, Pm 2, Pm 3 and Pm 13. All markers gave clear, rep...
